Samaritans is a charity dedicated to preventing suicide by offering support through human connection. Its trained volunteers are there to listen, without judgement, whenever someone needs to talk. Andy’s Man Club
ANDYSMANCLUB is a men’s suicide prevention charity providing free, peer-to-peer support groups across the UK and online. Its aim is to break the stigma around men’s mental health and offer a safe space for open, honest conversation.

Men’s Pie Club began in the North East of England in 2018 to help tackle social isolation and loneliness by bringing local men together over good food and great company. It’s about making pies, sharing a laugh, and connecting with others in a friendly, no-pressure setting where everyone is welcome.

Cullercoats Mental Health Dips is a friendly community group that meets at 9:00 am on the first Sunday of each month for a dip in the beautiful Cullercoats Bay. Whether you swim, paddle, or just come for the chat, you’ll find warmth, laughter and support waiting for you.
