Elli specialises in creative and integrative psychotherapy with children, teens and adults to support social, emotional and mental wellbeing, explore past and current experiences, and make positive changes.
Working within a supportive, nurturing relationship, Elli uses talk, play and creative methods to foster deeper understanding. These can include sand tray, games, imaginary play, puppets and art materials.
Elli also offers creative and clinical supervision to qualified practitioners.

Primary Educator & Founder of House of Orkney Education
Catherine is an experienced teacher with 19 years in education, including time as a Head of School. She holds a BA (Hons) in Early Primary Education, a Master’s in Education, and the National Professional Qualification for Headship. She believes every child deserves to learn in a way that works for them and brings care, clarity, and consistency to her work with families.
She offers one to one tuition and small learning hubs at local venues, including The Lantern Rooms. These calm, low-pressure groups support children who benefit from smaller settings or learning outside full-time schooling.
